Refund policy

You may request an exchange or return of goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

  • the product must not have been used or show any signs of wear;

  • the original appearance and consumer properties of the product must be preserved;

  • all factory labels must remain intact;

  • the footwear must be returned in its original branded box;

  • all accessories and components included with the order must be preserved.

We do not accept products for exchange or return if they show signs of wear, use, or damage that occurred after the order was received by the Buyer.

Custom Orders

If a model is made in an individual color that is not included in the standard KROSHKA SEQUEL color palette, such a pair is considered custom-made and is not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or other cases required by applicable Ukrainian law.

To help us select the most accurate size for you, please carefully measure your foot before placing an order, following the recommendations provided on the website.
