1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This document constitutes a public offer in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”.

1.2. This Offer is addressed to an unlimited number of persons (Buyers) and establishes the terms and procedure for the sale of KROSHKA SEQUEL footwear through the website: https://kroshkasequel.com/

1.3. Acceptance of this Offer occurs when the Buyer places an order on the website.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the footwear (“Product”) specified in the order to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Product in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

3. PRODUCT PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1. Product prices are displayed on the website in Ukrainian hryvnias and include applicable taxes.

3.2. Payment is made online through the payment methods available on the website, including payment by bank card.

3.3. The order price is fixed after the order has been confirmed.

3.4. The Buyer may also be offered the option to pay using the “Purchase in Installments monobank | Universal Bank” service.

3.5. The provider of the “Purchase in Installments” service is:

3.6. Key characteristics of the “Purchase in Installments” product:

  • minimum installment amount — UAH 2;

  • maximum installment amount — UAH 400,000;

  • real annual percentage rate — 0.000001%;

  • available term — from 3 to 25 payments;

  • repayment is made in equal monthly installments;

  • the first payment is made at the time of purchase.

3.7. The terms of the “Purchase in Installments” service, the available payment period, and the eligibility to use the service are determined by JSC UNIVERSAL BANK in accordance with the terms of the relevant banking product.

3.8. Information regarding the essential characteristics of the product and relevant warnings is available on the product website: chast.monobank.ua.

4. DELIVERY, EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

4.1. Orders within Ukraine are delivered via Nova Poshta.

4.2. If the ordered pair is in stock, it will be dispatched within 1–2 days after the order is placed.

4.3. If the required size is not in stock, the production time is 5–7 days. Once production is completed, the order will be handed over to the delivery service.

4.4. The Buyer may request an exchange or return of goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received.

4.5. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the Product must not have been used and must retain its original appearance and consumer properties. Factory labels and the original packaging must also be preserved.

4.6. To ensure the most accurate size selection, the Buyer is advised to carefully measure their foot before placing an order in accordance with the recommendations provided on the website. This helps determine the correct size and ensure a comfortable fit.

4.7. If a model is made in an individual color that is not included in the standard KROSHKA SEQUEL color palette, such a pair is considered custom-made and is not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or other cases required by applicable Ukrainian law.

4.8. If a manufacturing defect is identified, the Seller will cover the costs associated with the return or exchange of the defective Product.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Seller has the right to:

  • change Product prices;

  • change the Product assortment;

  • cancel an order by notifying the Buyer.

5.2. The Buyer is obliged to:

  • provide accurate information required for order processing and delivery;

  • pay for the Product using the selected payment method;

  • accept the ordered Product;

  • review the terms of this Offer before placing an order.

6. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

6.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

6.2. The Buyer’s personal data may be used for the purposes of processing, payment, fulfillment and delivery of the order, as well as for communication with the Buyer in connection with the order.

6.3. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties except where required by law or where necessary to fulfill the order, including for payment processing and delivery.

7. COOKIE POLICY

7.1. The website uses cookies to ensure proper website operation and improve the user experience.

7.2. By using the website, the Buyer agrees to the use of cookies in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.

8. WARRANTIES

8.1. All KROSHKA SEQUEL products are covered by warranties in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.

8.2. If a manufacturing defect is identified, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller regarding an exchange, replacement or return of the Product in accordance with this Offer and applicable Ukrainian law.
